Planning Application Fees 2020 Statutory Instrument 836 details the new planning fee scales in force from September 2020 in time for the NEW Prior Approval and Permitted Development applications
New fees are £334 per new dwelling crerated opposed to £96 per building under the old fee structure.
This is capped at £16,500. Anything over that will be £100 per dwelling over 50 dwellings subject to a maximum of £300,000.
Note Class O Permitted Development for Office to Resi conversion expires on 31st July 2021 so we recommend you get your application in quickly with old rates and rules with fewer restrictions and limitations
